Well, it was a long day and a fairly bust one, but we’re well on the way to having a new crossing!
There will be more pics and lots more explanation tomorrow night, but for now, here’s a few pics.
The worst of the job is behind us now, with the roadway ready for ballasting, lifting and final compacting. We’ve got a lot to do before the ashpalters arrive at 1pm, but it should be achievable.
But we could use any extra hands, so please feel free to join us from Bendigo Rd just after 7.30pm.
